Engagements
When we agree to work together, we sign a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement. That document governs:
- Scope, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Fees, invoicing cadence, and payment terms.
- Confidentiality and data-handling obligations.
- Intellectual property ownership of work product.
- Warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnities.
In any conflict between this page and a signed engagement document, the engagement document wins.
